2. Data Collected When Visiting Our Website

2.1. You may visit our website without providing any personal information. Our web servers temporarily log the connection data of the requesting device (IP address, date, time, page accessed, browser user agent, referrer URL) for system security and stability (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest).

2.2. InMobi Choice Consent Management Platform (CMP): To obtain and document consent for cookies and data processing, we use an IAB-compliant CMP from InMobi Group. A cookie is set to save your consent settings (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with § 25 TDDDG).

3. Registration and Membership

3.1. When you register in our advertising network, we collect the personal data requested in the registration form: email address, salutation, first and last name, address, and date of birth (to verify legal capacity and age of majority). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance).

3.2. Payment processing: For deposits and withdrawals we process your bank details (IBAN, BIC, account holder) and payment service provider data (PayPal, CoinPayments, WebMoney). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

4. Tracking Technologies & Cookies

4.1. We use cookies on our website – small text files stored on your device. We distinguish between strictly necessary, functional, and optional tracking cookies.

4.2. Strictly necessary cookies:
- PHPSESSID: Stores your PHP session. Deleted when the browser is closed.

4.3. Functional cookies (no consent required under § 25(2) TDDDG):
- Login_EMail: Saves your email address for the login form (lifetime 180 days).
- A & AC: Auto-login token for "stay logged in" (lifetime 180 days).
- Design, Design_Grau, Design_Schwarz, Design_Farbe: Save your colour and contrast settings (lifetime 180 days).
- godl_lang: Stores your selected language (lifetime 1 year).

4.4. Affiliate tracking cookies (consent required under § 25(1) TDDDG / Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR):
- Aktion_{id}: Set when clicking on advertising links to assign ad successes to the referring affiliate. Only set with active consent (lifetime 180 days).

5. External Services & Third-Country Transfers

5.1. Google reCAPTCHA: To protect our forms from automated bots, we use Google reCAPTCHA (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Data (including IP addresses) may be transferred to Google servers in the USA. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

5.2. ApexCharts & CDNs: Charts are rendered via ApexCharts, which we host locally – no connections to external CDNs, no data shared with third parties.

5.3. Fonts: All fonts (Inter, Outfit) are self-hosted. No requests are made to Google Fonts servers.
